Martinez Sculptures can be found in Studio 19 at the West London Art factory, Dukes Road, W3 0SL close to Park Royal tube station.
After retiring from the NHS Lynn Martinez launched a new career as a sculptor. She learned sculpture at City Lit guided by Andrew Revell. She is influenced by many twentieth century sculptors such as Antoine Pevsner, Constantin Brancusi, Barbara Hepworth and Anthony Caro and her work combines these influences with the awareness of the fragility of life.
She explores themes of emotions and relationships between people, and the relationship of humanity with the natural world. Each piece is unique and is related to an aspect of everyday life.
